Blues Link - Randy Haugen
"It is a jammin' CD, I like every song on it!!! The lyrics to 'Thinkin' Bout You' made me have goose bumps.  The opening title cut on Lady Blue and the TRAMPS first CD titled 'Livin' and Lovin' the Blues' delivers an easily caught up and remembered toe-tapping melody with lyrics that tell of a singers fondness for the blues."

Dogpatch Blues KWAN Radio - Frank Weber, California
"Played this great CD last Saturday night.....it was #16 on my Radio Chart to Jim McGrath and it will keep on climbing!.......Good Luck," Frank Weber.

"I don't know much about this New Jersey band, but they sure can play the blues! Lady Blue is Joy Koltenuk, who fronts The TRAMPS. Joy belts out 8 hip shakers, backed by Steve Koltenuk (guitars), Brad Dolin (drums), John Sloane (bass), and Carlos Colina (harmonica). Highlights include 'You're My Man', 'Back Door Blues', and 'Thinkin' Bout You'".

Dave Carpenter, Blues Music Director, WHUS-FM,Univ. of CT
"I've had some pleasant surprises turn up in the mail. Your disc is most certainly amongst those. Strong vocals, with tasteful backing from a solid band. Throw in very good production quality and well written original songs and this disc is a winner!! This recording is sure to get airplay at WHUS, beginning this very Saturday! I'd like to see Lady Blue and the TRAMPS live here in Connecticut!!"

Delta Snake Daily Blues - Al Handa, California
"This CD is from a very hard working rocking Blues band out of NY/NJ. The vocalist shows an excellent dynamic range, and on numbers like 'Workin' For A Livin'', can break hearts. The guitarist has a 'big fender sound' and his attack is closer to an Albert Collins or Buddy Guy. The harp player sports a very hot harp sound that reminds me of James Cotton although I detect a little Paul Delay in the mix. The rhythm section shows that energy isn't always volume and pounding, and their tight sound impresses. It's a band that combines high energy with a great sense of pace and dynamics, plenty of dynamic playing with a good measure of funk and grease. Listenable to the extreme!!!"

King Biscuit Blues - Gary Joneson, BC
"A well produced CD better than most independent releases, and stands up well to the best of the record label releases. Drop your socks, shake your ass, the eight original tunes will keep you moving all night long!!! Highly recommended!!!"

The Mudcat Cafe - Max Spiegel, Onstage Media, Inc.
"Got your CD this morning. IT'S GREAT! Sounds like you got some great musicians, and your voice is the stuff angels are made of."

The Jazz Fan Attic - Richard Bourcier
"I found this CD to be fresh yet incorporating the traditions set by Muddy Waters, Albert Collins et al. A great mix of "down 'n dirty" and "up tempo sizzlers" makes for a good time for all. There's not a bad cut on this record."
