   What you'll need:
 
  1 ½   cups glutinous rice, raw
  14   oz. red bean, raw
  12   oz. peanuts (peeled), raw
  1 ½   cup white sugar
 
  
   Directions:
 
  1.   Cook Glutinous Rice:
Rinse well with cold water to clean up the rice. Use the rice cooker to cook glutinous rice. Add water to the mark 1-1/2 in cooker. Read user manual for more instructions.
  2.   Cook Peanuts & Red Beans:
Sort and rinse red beans. Rinse peanuts with  water. Combine peanuts, red beans with 5 cups cold water in stockpot, bring to a boil. Pour into stoneware slow cooker, add 3 cup water. Cook on high for 5 hours or until soft. Add 1- 1/2 cup sugar, stir to mix well.
  3.   Add cooked rice to stoneware. Mix well.  Continue to cook on low 20 minutes.
  4.   Serve. Makes 18 servings.
