  What you'll need:
 
  1   lb. Soybean
  2/3   cup sugar

  3.   Cook raw soymilk over high heat in nonstick stockpot, uncovered. Stir constantly; skim excess foams to avoid foams flushing. Bring to a boil; take about 18 minutes. Then reduce heat; continue to cook for 7 minutes.
 
  4.   Put mesh over stainless stockpot; pour cooked soymilk to filter out solid residuals.

  5.   Heat soymilk over high heat; bring to a boil, add 2/3-cup sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. Makes about 1 liter.
  Directions:
 
  1.   Soak soybean in cold water overnight.

  2.   Use blender to liquefy soybean with same amount of water until all beans are processed.

Fill soybean and water in jar.
 
Blend and liquefy soybean.
