  What you'll need:
 
  1   pack chocolate sandwich cookies
  ¼   cup (½) stick butter, softened
  2   packs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  1   cup granulated sugar
  1   teaspoon vanilla extract
  ½   cup sour cream
  2   large eggs
 
  Directions:
 
  1.   Preheat oven to 350°F.
Finely ground 20 cookies in food processor. Add butter; mix well. Press mixture onto bottom of foil-lined 9" x 9" square pan.
 
  2.   Chop 10 cookies coarsely, set aside.
  3.   Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, sour cream, and eggs in large bowl; mix well with mixer at high speed. Add chopped cookies, blend gently with a fork; pour over cookie layer.
  4.   Bake 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

  5.   Let cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Warm at room temperate for 15 minutes before cutting. Cut into 9 squares. Make 9 servings.
