  What you'll need:
 
  3   eggs
  1   (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk,
not evaporated milk
  1/3   cup fresh lemon juice
  1   (6 oz) graham cracker piecrust
 
  Directions:
 
  1.   Preheat over to 350° F. 
  2.   Combine all ingredients except piecrust in large bowl, beat with electronic mixer until smooth.
  3.   Pour into crust; bake 35 minutes or until just set and not browned.
  4.   Remove from oven to wire rack. Let cool completely. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Make 8 servings
