Preheat
over to 350° F. |

Combine all ingredients except piecrust in
large bowl, beat with electronic mixer
until smooth. |

Pour into crust; bake 35 minutes or until
just set and not browned. |

Remove from oven to wire rack. Let cool
completely. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
