    What you'll need:
 
  4   eggs
  2   teaspoons baking powder
  ½   teaspoon salt
  1½   cups granulated sugar
  2   teaspoons vanilla extract
  12   tablespoons unsalted butter
  2/3   cup milk
  2   cups all-purpose flour
  1   cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
   Directions:
 
  1.   Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 13x9 inch baker pan.
  2.   In large bowl, combine all the ingredients except flour; mix well with mixer at high speed 5 minutes.
  3.   Pour in flour; mix well with mixer at low speed.
  4.   Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake 25 - 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  5.   Melt chocolate morsels in pan. Add 1/3 milk, if too dry. Spread evenly over the top of the cake. Sprinkle some sugar powder on top (optional).
  6.    Let cool. Cut cake into 20 squares, and serve. Make 20 servings.
