  What you'll need:
 
  2   cups mung beans
  1   cup lily buds
  1   granulated white sugar
  1   cherry (optional)
       
  Directions:
 
  1.   For dried lily buds, soak in cold water overnight. Rinse with cool water. Cook on high; bring to a boil. Drain. Set side.
  2.   Soak mung beans in cold water overnight. Cook beans in pot until done. See cooking Tips
  3.   Add lily buds; bring to a boil. 
  4.   Add sugar, stir constantly until boil. Let cool and serve. Makes 6 servings.
   
Tip:
  May add wide mung beans threads for flavor.
