Melt butter in microwave
oven. Pour melted butter in the bottom of 9x9" pan evenly.

Sprinkle crumbs over butter
layer evenly; pour condensed milk evenly on top of the crumbs layer.
Spread chips over crumbs layer evenly. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and
coconut flakes on the
top, press firmly.

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly brown.

Let cool. Cut into bars. Makes
