Knead
Rice Balls:
Boil 1/4 cup water. Pour 1
1/2 cups glutinous rice flour in large bowl, stir in boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Mix well
to make soft dough. Knead until smooth about 4 minutes. Divide dough into 5 rolls; cut each roll into 4 pieces; knead each piece into small ball as
shown in video. This makes 20 rice balls. |

Prepare
Sweet Sesame Filling:
Melt butter in microwave oven on HIGH 1 minute. Combine sesame powder, sugar, and butter in a large bowl. Mix well. Knead until smooth. Divide into 20 pieces as
shown in video. |
