  Directions:
 
  1.   Marinate Shrimp:
In a bowl, marinate de-veined shrimp with
½ teaspoon black pepper and  2 tablespoons white wine for 5 minutes. 
 
 
  2.   Cut onion into 1 x 1½ -inch pieces as shown. 
 
 

   What you'll need:
 
  10   oz. large shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  1   green bell pepper
  1   onion
  2   tablespoons white wine
  ½   teaspoon salt
  ½   teaspoon black pepper
 
  Directions (continued):
 
  3.   Cut green bell pepper lengthwise into 1-inch lengths. as shown. 
 
  4.   Stir-fry:
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in pan, stir-fry onion and green bell pepper for 30 seconds, set aside. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan, add shrimp; stir frequently until shrimp turn red. Pour in bell peppers and onion, stir evenly, turn off heat. Add salt; stir to mix well.
 
  5.   Remove from heat. Serve. Make 3 servings.
