Cut
green bell pepper lengthwise into 1-inch lengths. as shown.

Stir-fry:
Heat 2 teaspoons oil in pan,
stir-fry onion and green
bell pepper for 30 seconds, set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan,
add shrimp; stir frequently until shrimp turn red. Pour in bell
peppers and onion, stir evenly, turn off heat. Add salt; stir to mix well.
