    What you'll need:
 
  1   cup all-purpose flour
  1   cup cold water
  1   egg
  1   stalk green onion, finely chopped
  ¼   teaspoon salt
    
   Directions:
 
  1.   Mix all ingredients in large bowl; beat with fork or wire whisk until very smooth. 
  2.   Heat lightly greased 6" - 8" skillet or crêpe pan on medium heat until hot. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of batter into skillet. Cook until lightly browned on both sides. Repeat to make 4 pancakes. 
       
  3.   To serve, roll each pancake into a roll; cut each roll into 5 even pieces and serve with dipping sauce. Make 4 servings.
