What you'll need: |

cup all-purpose
flour |

cup cold water |

green onion, finely chopped |

Directions: |

Mix
all ingredients in large bowl; beat with fork or wire
whisk until very smooth. |

Heat
lightly greased 6" - 8" skillet or crêpe pan on medium
heat until hot. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of batter into
skillet. Cook until lightly browned on both sides. Repeat to make
4 pancakes.

To
serve, roll each pancake into a roll; cut each roll into 5 even
pieces and serve with dipping sauce. Make 4 servings. |
