    What you'll need:
 
  3   lb. pork chops, trimmed fat, cubed
  3   medium red potatoes, peeled and diced
  1   large tomato, diced
  2   large onions, diced
  1   big garlic, minced
  5   thin slices ginger root
  1   bunch green onions, cut into 1-inch lengths
  3   carrots, cut into disks
  1/3   cup soy sauce
  1/3   cup rice wine
  4   tablespoons sesame oil
  4   tablespoons sugar
  1½   teaspoon salt

    Directions:
 
  1.   Mix all vegetables in pot. See Fig 1
  2.   Add pork, all sauces and 4 cup water; mix well. See Fig 2
  3.   Cover and cook on high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat, half-covered; cook 1:40 minutes or until sauce thicken. Stir frequently halfway through cooking. See Fig 3
  4.   Remove from heat. Serve with rice and fresh vegetables. Makes 12 servings.
