What you'll need:

pork chops
, trimmed fat, cubed

medium
red potatoe
s, peeled and diced

tomato
, diced

onions
, diced

garlic
, minced

thin slices
ginger root

bunch
green onions
, cut into 1-inch lengths
3
carrots
, cut into disks
1/3
cup
soy sauce
1/3
cup
rice wine
4
tablespoon
s
sesame oil
4
tablespoons
sugar
1
½
teaspoon
salt
Directions:
1.
Mix all vegetables in
pot
. See Fig 1
2.
Add pork, all sauces and 4 cup water; mix well. See Fig 2
3.
Cover and cook on high heat; bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat, half-covered; cook 1:40 minutes or until sauce thicken. Stir frequently halfway through cooking. See Fig 3
4.
Remove from heat. Serve with
rice
and
fresh vegetables
.
Makes 12 servings.
