Peel shrimp, leave the tail on.
De-vein shrimp.

sesame oil for 5 minutes.

Coat shrimp with cornstarch,
dip in beaten egg, coat with sliced almonds.

Heat 2 cups corn oil to
300° F in skillet,
fry shrimp in oil 1 minute or until color turns red. Turn shrimp
over, fry 1 minute. Let fry for 1 more minute.
