  Directions:
 
  1.   Peel shrimp, leave the tail on. De-vein shrimp.
 
   
  2.   Marinate shrimp with salt, ginger, wine, and sesame oil for 5 minutes.
 
  3.   Beat 1 egg in bowl for 2 minutes.

   What you'll need:
 
  12   shrimp
  1   tablespoon cornstarch
  1   egg
  3   oz. sliced almonds
  2   cups corn oil
   Sauce to Marinate Shrimp:
  ½   teaspoon salt
  1   teaspoon ginger root juice
  1   tablespoon wine
  1   teaspoon sesame oil
 
  Directions (continued):
 
  4.   Coat shrimp with cornstarch, dip in beaten egg, coat with sliced almonds.
 
   
  5.   Heat 2 cups corn oil to 300° F in skillet, fry shrimp in oil 1 minute or until color turns red. Turn shrimp over, fry 1 minute. Let fry for 1 more minute.
 
  6.   Remove from heat. Prepare on plate. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
