   What you'll need:
 
  1   lb. green beans
  2   carrots
  2   tablespoons corn oil
  ½   teaspoon salt
   Directions:
 
  1.   Remove strings from green beans, if any. Use hands to snap green beans into about 1-inch long sections. Rinse with cold water. Peel and cut carrot into disks.
  2.   Heat 2 tablespoons corn oil in pan over medium-high until hot. Pour in carrot, green beans; stir-fry 4 minutes or until the color of green beans turns darker. Add 3 tablespoons water, cover and simmer 2 minutes.
  3.   Add ½ teaspoon salt, stir 2 minutes or until most water dry out.
  4.   Remove from heat. Serve. Make 5 servings.
