  Directions:
 
  1.   Marinate Shrimp:
In a bowl, marinate de-veined shrimp with 2 tablespoons white wine for 5 minutes. 
 
 
  2.   Cut green onion into 1-inch long. 
 
 

   What you'll need:
 
  10   oz. shrimp, peeled and de-veined
  1   yellow bell pepper
  1   red bell pepper
  3   stalks green onion
  2   tablespoons white wine
  ½   teaspoon salt
 
  Directions (continued):
 
  3.   Cut yellow  and red bell peppers as shown. 
 
  4.   Stir-fry:
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in pan, stir-fry green onion for 1 minute. Add shrimp; stir frequently until shrimp turn red. Pour in bell peppers, stir-fry 1 minute. Add salt; stir well.
 
  5.   Remove from heat. Serve. Make 3 servings.
