    Directions:
 
  1.   Rub salt, and pepper on chicken breast evenly. Place in a bowl, splash 1 tablespoon wine over chicken. Place bowl in a steamer; bring to a boil. Steam chicken over high heat for 10 minutes.
  2.   Remove from heat. Let cool, then shred meat into thin strips. Set aside.
Tip: To shred meat, try to tear meat strips off along with muscular tissue.
  3.   Cut cucumbers into very thin slices. Place in a bowl, soak with cold water.
 
Tip: Always use a separate and clean cutting board to avoid food contamination. 
 
    What you'll need:
 
  1   chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  2   pickling cucumbers
  1   teaspoon salt
  1   teaspoon white pepper
  1   tablespoons white wine
    Sauce Mixtures:
  4   tablespoons white sesame seeds
  4   tablespoons chicken broth
  3   tablespoons rice vinegar
  2   tablespoons soy sauce
  2   tablespoons sugar
  1   tablespoons sesame oil
   
   Directions (continued):
 
  4.   Prepare Sauce Mix: 
Fry sesame seeds in pan for 3 minutes or until done. Grind sesame seeds into powder. Pour powder into a shallow container; stir in broth, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil until smooth.
 
  5.   Drain cucumber slices. Arrange cucumber slices, meat strips on plate. Pour mixtures over chicken. Serve. Make 3 servings.

Tip: Do not pour sauce over chicken until serving time.
