  Directions:
 
  1.   Soak dried kelp in water overnight. Clean and drain. Cut into thin strip.

  2.   Bring water to a boil in pan, pour in kelp strip, bring to a boil; remove from heat, drain.
 
     What you'll need:
 
  0.5   oz. dried kelp
  5   cloves garlic
  2   tablespoons soy sauce
  1   tablespoon sesame oil
  1   teaspoon white sugar

  3.   Prepare seasoning:
Grate garlic; combine with soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in bowl; mix well.

  4.   Mix kelp with seasoning in bowl. Serve cool.  Makes 4 servings.
