4 Servings


     What you'll need:
 
  ½   head cabbage
  1   onion
  1/4   teaspoon salt
  1   tablespoon corn oil
 
  Directions:
 
  1.   Cut onion into 1 x 1½ -inch pieces.
 
  2.   Cut cabbage into small strips. Wash clean under running cold water.
  3.   Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan, add onion, stir-fry until light brown. Pour in cabbage; stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute. Add 3 tablespoons water, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Add salt, mix well.
  4.   Remove from heat. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
