Cut
cabbage into small strips. Wash clean under running cold water.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan,
add onion, stir-fry until light brown. Pour in cabbage; stir-fry over
high heat for 1 minute. Add 3 tablespoons water, cover and simmer for 2
minutes. Add salt, mix well.
4.
Remove from heat. Serve with
rice.
