   What you'll need:
 
  ½   lb. broccoli
  ½   lb. cauliflower
  3   carrots
  3   stalks celery
  Directions:
 
  1.   Cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size. Peel and cut carrots into disks. Cut celery. 
  2.   Bring water to a boil; pour in all vegetables. Cover and bring to a boil again. Drain. Serve with dressings. Make 4 servings.
