   What you'll need:
 
  3   lbs. pork chop (about 12 pieces)
  ½   cup soy sauce
  5   tablespoons white wine
  2   tablespoons black sesame oil
    tablespoons rice vinegar
  2   tablespoons sugar
  3   stalks green onion
  10   cloves garlic
  6   slices ginger
 
 
  Directions:
 
  1.   Cut green onion into 2-inch long. Fine chop garlic. Cut ginger slices into fine strings. Set aside for Step 2.
  2.   Prepare Marinate Mixture:
In a large bowl, add 5 tablespoons rice wine,
½ cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons black sesame oil, tablespoons rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons sugar, mix well. Add chopped garlic, ginger, and green onion from Step 1. Set aside.
  3.   Remove bones from pork chops. Trim skin and fat. Cut each chop into 3 pieces. Marinate pork in mixture (see Step 2) for 20 minutes.
  4.   Preheat oven to 420° F. Arrange pork in a pan. Cook for 25 minutes. Turn pork over. Continue to cook 20 minutes. Turn off oven, leave pork in oven for 30 minutes.
  5.   Serve with steamed rice. Makes 12 servings.
