  Directions:
 
  1.   Place dried black mushrooms in 1 cup water, heat in microwave oven on HIGH 1 minute. Soak for 20 minutes. Remove stems from mushrooms.
  2.   Steam sausages for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine cube sausage, soy sauce, and sugar in bowl. Stir to mix well. Set aside.

  3.   Dice ham, chop mushrooms. Combine cooked rice, ham, mushrooms, and stuff from step 2 in large bowl. Mix well, pour into pan. Heat water in steamer, bring to a boil, steam rice over high heat for 10 minutes Remove from heat.

     What you'll need:
 
  4   cups cooked rice
  4   oz. ham
  3   rolls Chinese sausages
  4   dried black mushrooms
  6   baby bok choy
  2   tablespoons soy sauce
  3   tablespoons corn oil
  1   teaspoon sugar
  ½   teaspoon salt

  4.   Split baby bok choy into two equal halves. Scald baby bok choy halves in 4 cups of boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain.

  5.   Heat 3 tablespoons oil to very hot in skillet, stir-fry baby bok choy for 10 seconds, add 1/2 teaspoon salt; continue to stir and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat, arrange around the steamed rice. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
