Place dried black mushrooms in 1 cup water, heat in microwave oven on HIGH 1 minute. Soak for 20 minutes. Remove stems from mushrooms. |

Steam sausages for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine cube sausage, soy sauce, and sugar in bowl. Stir to mix well. Set aside. |

Dice ham, chop mushrooms. Combine
cooked rice, ham, mushrooms, and stuff from step 2 in large bowl. Mix well, pour into pan. Heat water in
steamer, bring to a boil, steam rice over high heat for 10 minutes Remove from heat. |
