Cut
8 dried bean thread about 1.5 inches long. Soak in water for 20 minutes. |

Cut potato into diamond shape. Shape white radish and cucumber
pieces into balls. Slice carrot to disks. |

Bring 3 cups
water to boil, scald potato, radish, cucumber, and carrot about 90 seconds. Remove from heat. Soak in cold water 2 minutes. Drain. |

Heat 4 tablespoons corn oil in
sauté pan to very hot but not smoke, pour in
mushrooms, potato, radish, cucumber, and carrot. Sauté 10 seconds, add chicken soup, cover. Cook over high heat for 3 minutes. |
