Heat 3 tablespoons oil to very hot but not smoke in
sauté pan, pour in green onion, ginger, garlic, green pepper, red pepper, and hot bean sauce, stir 5 seconds. Stir in fried fish. Add soy sauce mixture. Stir-fry over high heat for 10 seconds.
