  Directions:
 
  1.   Peel and de-vein shrimp, click for video. Marinate shrimp with pepper, salt and wine for 20 minutes.

Beat egg whites; add cornstarch, flour and salt. Mix well.

     What you'll need:
 
  12   oz. large shrimp
  Sauce to Marinade Shrimp:
  1/4   teaspoon black pepper
  1/2   teaspoon salt
  1/2   tablespoon white wine
  Oil to Fry Shrimp:
  3   cups corn oil
  Ingredients for Batter:
  3   egg whites
  1   tablespoon flour
  3   tablespoons cornstarch
  1/4   teaspoon salt

  3.   Dust shrimp with flour lightly.

  4.   Heat oil to 320° F in saucepan, dip shrimp in flour batter, and fry for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
