  Directions:
 
  1.   Shred crabmeat into small pieces. Chop ham into small bits. Prepare all others as shown in the picture below.
  2.   Use wire whisk to beat egg white in big bowl, add milk, cornstarch, salt, golden corn, and crabmeat. Mix well.

     What you'll need:
 
  1   big crab
  2   slices ham, cooked
  6   egg whites
  1   can golden corn
  1/4   cup green peas
  1   cup milk
  1   teaspoon salt
  6   tablespoons corn oil
  1   tablespoon cornstarch
  Directions: (continued)
 
  3.   Heat saucepan, add corn oil. Pour in egg white mix; stir in green peas. Stir constantly over medium heat until smooth and thickened. Remove from heat.

  4.   Pour onto plate. Sprinkle ham bits on top. Serve hot. Makes 5 servings.
