saucepan; stew over low heat for 30 minutes or until soft; drain dry. |

Heat 2 tablespoons corn oil to
very hot but not smoking in pan; sauté 2 stalks green onions, and 3 slices ginger
for 30 seconds; add crab meat; stir 10 seconds; add wine, chicken soup, soy sauce, salt, sugar, and black pepper. Stir
to mix well. Bring to a boil. |
