     What you'll need:
 
  1   romaine lettuce
  1   pickling cucumber, thinly sliced
  1   bunch radishes, thinly sliced
  2   peaches, sliced
  4   strawberries, sliced
  12   cherry tomato halves
  ½   lemon juice
  ¼   teaspoon salt
  1   teaspoon black pepper
  2   tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
     Directions:
 
  1.   Combine all vegetables and fruits in a big glass bowl. 
  2.   Toss salad with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil just before serving. Make 6 servings.
