Combine
ingredients of flour mixture in big bowl, mix well; set aside.

Beat
butter and sugars in medium bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla;
beat well. Beat in flour mixture until blended. Stir in oats and
raisins; mix well.
4.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto un-greased
baking sheets, 2" apart. Bake 10- 12 minutes or until golden brown.
