Cook pasta by following the
instructions on package. Drain.
Set aside.

In large
pan,
heat 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat; sauté 3 teaspoons garlic
about 1 minute. Add shrimp; stir frequently until shrimp turn red. Let
cool. |

Mix
pasta, shrimp, green onion, and parsley in large bowl. Set aside. |

In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup olive, 1-teaspoon garlic, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese; mix thoroughly.
This is the pasta dressing.

Add dressing to pasta mixture, cover with
plastic wrap and toss to mix. Refrigerate 25 minutes. Or serve immediately
for warm entrée. Make 4 servings.
