      After baking.
 
    What you'll need:
 
  Filling:
  4   boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  2   tablespoons butter
  ½   teaspoon salt, optional
  1   cup water
  2   cans (10 ¾ ounces) Cream of Chicken 
  3   cups mixed vegetables
May substitute with 1can corn, 1cup pea, and 4 slender carrots (cut to disks)
  Top Layer:
  2   eggs
  1   cup milk
  2   cups Original Bisquick® mix

    Directions:
 
  1.   Preheat oven to 400°F. 
  2.   In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, sauté chicken on high heat until no longer pink inside.
  3.   Add cream, 1 cup water, salt and vegetables, mix well; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; stirring constantly. Cook for 5 minutes. Pour into un-greased 15.4x10.5" pan.
  4.   Beat eggs and 1 cup milk in large bowl; stir in Bisquick® until well blended. Spread batter over the filling layer evenly in pan. 
  5.   Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Make 8 servings.
