  What you'll need:
 
  2   cups all-purpose flour
  ¼   cup white sugar 
  ½   teaspoon salt 
  1   tablespoon baking powder 
  1   cup milk
  1   egg
  1/3   cup vegetable oil
  2   bananas
  ½   cup chopped walnuts
       
 
  Directions:
 
  1.   Preheat oven to 375° F. Insert paper Baking Cups into muffin pan. Set aside. 
 
  2.   Use mini food chopper to chop walnuts into small bits, and mash banana
  3.   Beat egg in bowl; cut in milk, oil, banana paste and chopped walnuts; mix well.
 
  4.   Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in another bowl; make a well in center. Add combined egg, milk, banana and walnuts mixture into well; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pan. 
 
  5.   Bake 20 to 30 minutes until muffins are golden brown, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 12 servings.
