  Directions:
 
  1.   Cook raisins with 1 cup water in saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes. Drain; stir in apple sauce, lemon juice. Set aside.

  2.   Combine oats, flour, sugar and coconut in large bowl; mix well. Stir in melted butter  until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3.   Do not grease pan. Press 1/2 of oat mixture in the bottom of 13x9" pan firmly. Spread filling over the oat mixture layer evenly. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on the top; press lightly.
  4.   Preheat oven to 350° F. Bake at 350° F for 40 to 60 minutes or until lightly brown.

  5.   Cut into bars. Serve warm. 24 servings
