   What you'll need:
 
  Topping:
  ½   cup Wheat Germ, any flavor
  ½   cup chopped peanut or pecans
  6   tablespoons all-purpose flour
  4   tablespoons sugar
  3   tablespoons unsalted butter 
  Cake:
  1   cup Wheat Germ, any flavor
  1   cup sugar
  1   tablespoon baking powder
  1   teaspoon salt (optional)
  1½   cups seedless raisins
  2   cups skim milk
  ½   cup unsalted butter, melted
  2   large eggs
   Directions:
 
  1.   Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease 12x9-inch pan.
  2.   For topping, combine dry ingredients; mix well. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
  3.   For cake, combine dry ingredients and raisins; mix well. Add combined milk, butter and eggs; mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon into prepared pan; sprinkle with topping, patting gently.
 
  4.   Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
