Printing "eBooks"

It is not possible to ensure complete success, due to the limitless combinations of browsers, printers, versions of software, desktops,

laptops, etc. used in printing these selected ebooks. A few suggestions may help; download the files and save them to your desktop prior
to printing. If at all possible, use the link below - Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 (not the eBook Reader)- to download files
and finally, experiment with a few pages before printing the entire book.

Feel free to comment (good or bad) on the utility of this page, your success, etc. (bookpage@att.net) or use the Feedback form below

Instructions

Before beginning Download Acrobat Reader 5.0 from Adobe.....

Test the first few pages prior to printing the entire book
1. Print the first five “front” pages
2. Place the “front” pages back into the printer (face-up or face-down; page numbers on the left
side of page, or page numbers on the right side) oriented in such a way that when folded along the center line, Page 1
will open directly on to Page 2; Page 2 on to Page 3, etc., etc. (See step B, below) –print the first five “back” pages then fold.

Now print the entire book
3. When proper placement in the printer has been determined, print all “front” pages
4. Place “front” pages back into the printer and print all the “back” pages
5. Fold all pages so that the consecutive numbers are adjacent to each other (just as they are in a book format)
6. Print the Cover and fold down center
7. Staple along the center fold, if desired
