*Psalm 23:1, "The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want."
His sheep hear and know His voice. He knows and calls each one by name. With His rod He protects them. With His staff He leads them into the fold. He guides them to green pastures and still waters. If one goes astray He will leave the others to search for that one precious lamb. He carries the new lambs next to His bosom until it becomes so bonded to His master that it never strays.
This is the loving-kindness of the good Shepherd, Jehovah-raah, The Lord Is My Shepherd.
