"Elohim" The Creator
*Hebrews 1:10-12, "Thou, LORD, in the beginning didst lay the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the works of Thy hands. They will perish, but Thou remainest; and they all will become old as a garment, and as a mantle Thou wilt roll them up; as a garment they will also be changed. But Thou art the same, and Thy years will not come to an end."

It isn't easy preparing for a child. If you are a parent, or about to become one, you know that it is definitely "O.J.T.". There isn't any self-help book in print that can prepare you for what you are about to experience.
Each child is an individual soul. They each have their own personalities; often as difficult to define as abstract art. There are different moods and seasons to each one's life. Having to change our lives to move in synchronization with each one.
Our soul is a gift from God. It is our personality, our self-awareness, and our singleness of thought. Man is the only living creation that possesses a soul. Man is the only living creation that was fashioned by the hands of God. Man is the only living creation which received the gift of the spirit of God (His image and His likeness). He was someone special. The first child of God, Adam.

About the twelfth hour of the sixth day a mist came up and watered the whole face of the dry ground. From the clay the LORD God molded, by His own hand, the form of a man; breathed into him the spirit of life and the man stood up upon the dry ground and became a living soul.
But among all the creatures created by God, there was not found a counterpart to rule along side Adam. So, God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep and removed one of his ribs. From that rib He fashioned a woman and brought her to the man. Adam called her Woman because she was taken out of Man. Now bone of his bone and flesh of his flesh.
Woman was taken from the rib of the man. Next to his heart so he could love and cherish her. Under his arm so he could shield and protect her. From his side so she could stand beside him as equal.
Now the Lord planted a garden in the east and there he placed the man and brought the woman to him. In the middle of the garden was the "Tree of Life" and "The Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil". A river flowed through the middle of Eden to water the garden and became four heads; the Pison, the Gihon, the Tigres, and the Euphrates.
God commanded the man that of all the trees of the garden he could eat except from the "Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil". God warned him that the moment he broke the commandment he would surely die.

The Word of God paints such a beautiful picture in the first two chapters of the book of Genesis. We see a loving father who prepared in advance for the arrival of His first child. He provided for his every need then supplied what was lacking after his creation. He truly provides our every need even before we ask (*Matthew 6:8). We see the covenant of marriage and the father of the bride lovingly presenting her to the groom. The promise of eternal life received through the fruit of the "Tree of Life" in the midst of the garden. Two perfect souls created from one form by the hand of God to live eternally. *Genesis 5:2 "He created them male and female, and He blessed them and named them Adam in the day when they were created."
P God gave man a choice and the freewill to choose. He placed before him the power of life and the power of death. God's will was that man would choose life. But by transgression man separated himself from God and by his own choice returned the earth to darkness.
