The God Who looks from heaven and sees all the inhabitants of earth. His eye is on those who fear Him. Those who hope for His loving-kindness to deliver their soul. He brings forth water from a rock and refreshes our spirit. He is our ever present help in time of trouble. He is our shield and our strength. He is our Rock and our fortress in Whom we can trust and not be afraid. He gives His angels charge over us and shelters us in their wings.
He is our song of deliverance, El Roi, The God Who Sees.
