All heaven is His throne and the earth is His footstool. He rules in the kingdom of men. He judges among them and chooses whomsoever He will. He is righteous in all the works that He does. His laws were set in the earth by His servants the prophets. His rulers serve and obey Him. His dominion is everlasting. His kingdom is from generation to generation and shall not be destroyed. He is a living God, steadfast forever.

Be exalted, O God, above the heavens and let your glory be over all the earth, El Elyon, The God Most High.
