Question: I'm already a registered user, how do I upgrade to a newer version?

Answer: Just download the new and click on the Accept button. Do not Uninstall first. You will then have the new version and still be registered.

Question: Sometimes when I install or uninstall Quick Shell I get a message that Quick Shell.dll or Quick Shell2.dll can't be copied or deleted. What is happening?

Answer: Sometimes Windows is very slow to release these files leaving them open so that they can't be deleted or copied over. Just follow the directions that the error message gives you and it will fix the problem.
