The second image  is a 3 minute exposure on 400 speed film at 5000 mm.

Looking into our galaxy the summer view of the  Milky Way.

The bright cloud is the Orion nebula.  The next brightest is the Flame nebula.  The other is the Horse Head nebula and the two brightest stars are belt stars in Orion.

Jupiter and its 4 largest moons.
It is a 1 second exposure on 400 speed film at f/10 2500 mm.


Saturn and it's brightest moon
It is a 1 second exposure on 400 speed film at f/10 2500 mm.
These images were taken with a 35 mm SLR camera with various lenses.  Mounted on a 10 inch telescope with a 2500 mm focal length.
