Rank 0 or What's My LEGO Network?
My LEGO Network (MLN) is a social networking site for kids, where they can setup a webpage to show off their Lego creativity. It is moderated by Lego and is geared to providing security against revealing personal information. The webpage is made up of pre-generated modules that you can decorate as you like. If you choose to build masterpieces, you can gain rank and get more modules to use. The “email” that can be sent only between members on your friend list and networkers, is restricted to a list of pre-generated messages that can not be edited.
If you would like to find out more, then go to this page, http://mln.lego.com/en-us/network/status.aspx, to get the overview. There is a Join the My LEGO Network! button on the bottom to sign up. There is a Help button in the upper right corner of that page that will take you to a page that will describe the details of MLN. There is a Parents button beside the Help button where parents can learn about the precautions Lego takes to ensure children’s security.
Once you sign up, come on back if you decide that you do not want to discover everything on your own. Go to the Rank 1 page to see what you have to do to get to Rank 1.
