Club Committees

Kiwanis Clubs Typically Include the Following Committees:

Youth Services Responsibilities: Oversee service projects for the number-one priority of Kiwanis International, young children. There is a special emphasis on pediatric trauma. Division 36 emphasizes support of the the medical services at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital.
Sponsored Youth Responsibilities: Mentor and support the K-Kids, Builders Clubs, Key Clubs and Circle K Clubs in various area schools. See our Sponsored Youth page for more details.
Community Services Responsibilities: Oversee service projects in the community not directly involved with young children 
Worldwide Service Project Responsibilities: Support Kiwanis International's efforts to eradicate Iodine Difficiency Disorder

Spiritual Aims

Responsibilities: Support the Kiwanis objects of giving primacy to the human and spiritual rather than to the material values of life, and of encouraging the daily living of the Golden Rule in all human relationships.

 

All Kiwanis members should belong to one or more committees in their local clubs, and support the work of all committees.
