Hello again from the
helm of Camp Kidstuff. Update in progress-This updatte 5/4/2008
Well, lets see. Where to begin? Dec. 17 2007 I fell into a coma, to wake up 11 days later with no legs. Complications from Diabetes I didnt even know I had. There were no symptoms. But wait! theres more . . . Now, 4-1/2 months later, I have no signs of Diabetes. So, what caused all this? My doctor(s) say we'll never know for sure. But my previous advice still stands . . .
I encourage ANYONE between the ages of 40 to 50 years, to go get a check up. The "macho" idea that, "I feel fine, who needs a doctor", is NOT the way to be. I felt fine, right up to the night I went into the coma.
