Hook: TDE streamer Size: 4xl-6xl
Tail: Pieces of red colored wing feather from goose.
Body: Flat silver tinsel
Ribbing: Oval silver tinsel
Hackle: Black soft hackle
Wing: Fibers from peacock hearl
Sides: Pieces of red wing feather from goose (as long as the wing)

Hook: Mustad Size: 12-14 2X long
Thread: Brown tying silk
Body: Dirty yellow acrylic fiber dubbing (bouyant, floating type)
Antenae: two single fibers, Lemon Wood Duck, tied very long
Wings: two small brown partridge hackles stuck together wigh GOOP (the edges of both feathers just overlap and are pulled through fingers smeared with GOOP or fly tying varnish. Let feathers stick together and varnish dry.) Then tied onto front of hook in a tent shape.
Eyes: V of small burnt nylon fishing line
Hackle: One turn of small brown partridge hackle
Head: brown tying silk - varnish

Wings: Mixed -- tippet in strands with strips of golden pheasant tail over; "married" strands of scarlet, blue, and yellow swan, Florican, speckled bustard, peacock wing, and light mottled turkey tail; married" narrow strips of teal and barred summer duck; narrow strips of brown Mallard over; a topping over all.
