Another slight stretch but one that I believe should be included on this site is this beautiful set of stamps from Australia which honor that nation's favorite game fish. On the "gutter strip", included with favored lures for each respective specie, is a Red Setter. This fly was previously included on the 1997 New Zealand stamps and the recipe can be found there.
