Albert was one seventeen children of His Mother and Father.They taught in a University in New Orleans, Lousianna.None of their Children recieved a formal education.They were both of French ancestry.Albert and Ellen ran a restaurant in New Orleans and this is were Ora Balasio , Ellen's Sister met George Cottier and they married.Cottier is of French ancestry.

Albert married Ellen Balasio Moliere, daughter of John Balasio Sr. and Jannie Elizabeth Tueten Or Tuten Balasio Elliott. (Ellen Balasio Moliere was born on Feb 7, 1884 in Troy , Alabama, died in Feb in Oglethorpe Sanatorium Savannah , Georgia and was buried hillcrest Cemetery in Savannah , Georgia.)
