Dr. Herbert Bolton Lush

   General Notes:

Herbert was from Onterio,Canada and came to the United States of America,Virginia in 1874 with his parents.He grew up on His familys farm at Beach,Virginia.He recieved His M.D.degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 1896.He practiced medcine in Chesterfield County for the rest of his life.My Mother, Alene Childress, has often talked of the joy she had, as a child, riding with Uncle Herbert in His horse and Buggy when He made His house calls.Uncle Herbert was Her Mothers brother and she loved Him.

Herbert married Martha [Mattie] Gertrude Gill Lush on Dec 2, 1896. (Martha [Mattie] Gertrude Gill Lush was born on Nov 1, 1876 and died on Jan 27, 1965.)
