Coffman - Soccer 2006 page
Much of the winter, Spring, and early part of the summer (in 2006) was
taken up with soccer. Kari played on the NB PDA Tornado (U19G),
and also on the HS indoor team during the winter. The Tornado
also played indoor all winter, and then a full Spring
season. Kerry also coached the NB PDA Hawks (U19B).
This was a great team. They won the Mid-NJ Youth Soccer
Association Championship, won every winter indoor league they played
in, played in a Regional Futsol Tournament in Maryland (barely missing
advancing to the Nationals), and advanced several rounds in a Spring
(outdoor) National Tournament.
The first picture below shows the Hawks (you can see Kerry and Coach
Luis-head coach- in the middle. This was taken after they had won
a very large tournament down in Fort Dix. The other three
pictures were taken during the Tornado's last game (in the Spring of
'06).
