#30 Phillipe DeRouville
Goaltender

Phillipe DeRouville was a top prospect in junior hockey but his NHL tenure lasted all of three games in the 90s. He bounced around the minors for five years before playing in various European leagues. DeRouville played most of his first two pro seasons with the IHL's Cleveland Lumberjacks, but was occassionally recalled to make an appearance in goal for the Pittsburgh Penguinss. In 1996–97, the emergence of rookie Patrick Lalime kept him from moving up. Goaltenders Jean-Sebastian Aubin and Peter Skudra bumped DeRouville off the Penguins depth chart. Since playing for the Penguins organization, DeRouville has played in the ECHL, IHL, AHL, CHL and several European leagues.
