Adult Mind and Body Coordination Class Mind and Body coordination. This class deals with the mental side of the martial arts. It will include some Zen sitting practice. It will also include seated breathing techniques and mental relaxation theory. You will learn how to stay relaxed in stressful times and keep from getting tense in everyday life. The concept of mind and body coordination is a martial art concept that allows the artist to not be influenced by his opponent or outside distractions. There is no punching kicking or falling in this class. There are no martial arts taught during this time. The class is eight one hour meetings on Wednesday from 7pm to 8pm. Instructor Vic Montgomery.
